Coooooool technology ! :)

Now think about making the actions and doing, say, parasailing ... or ... bungee jumping ... orrr... whatever you want! With a virtual kid to keep you company!
Man, are we robots or what! :P.

It's really innovative. Project Natal yeah I knew about it long time back - its beyond cool but is a waste of time (unless ure playing tennis with it! or something exercisy, not violent).

Sigh. Wish I could have it ...!

Thanks for dropping by!

I just checked it online, since I never thought about people actually having it..
Anyway, its not even released yet...

And it might well turn out to be not so good and with alot of bugs...khair...

Yeah it hasn't.. but about to. (in this year only i think).
Most probably :) but the idea sounds really cool.

hmmm...its a cool technology. one more step towards virtual reality and artificial intelligence.

@MAK
Very true. It'd be soo cool to have our own personal 3D friend.. :P:P.. Im hoping technology and esp intelligence reaches a level where, say, we make the motions of cooking something, and the program actually COOKS it ..

*sigh* :D.. what a dream come true!

:S, I left a comment and pressed submit only to see service not available error :(

Anyway, summarisig, I said that I hardly see a point in doing all the cooking movements and the system copying it and doing the cooking for you..someone might as well just cook rather than making movements :P..plus it will have the additional steps of feeding in ingredients, and then taking it out...:P

@Ahmar
Oh, sorry you got your comment deleted.
Um, the point is, that well hey it can work out. See, I switch on the system, put in all the ingredients (which ain't that tough!)... make certain movements, and the thing copies me! Bus!!

Then its all the work of the system (its pre-set when the salan will cook, when the rice will boil etc etc)..

What a dream... **gloomily**

Ahmar said...

you know , those cookers,(like rice one or steamer even)..what you are saying doesn't sound very different from that..You out in the ingredients, turn on a button or so, and then it cooks..and there is a ringer too if you like...:P
so its already there ;)

Uni said...

Well, I don't have a steamer. And pressure cooker has its disadvantages. But its supervision all the way. This would be something autonomous. And btw, its not restricted to cooking. The system should start cleaning the room if I make motions with my hand of doing jharu... then pochaa too ...
So its multi-dimensional dreamy system thought up by an overworked brain... **even more gloomily**

So its not already there... *scowling*

loool :D, fine..I agree, its not there..but something that is equivalent to the small wonder (see this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukSvjqwJixw ) would be helpful too :)

That clip took me back to 1996 :)... yeah that's more like it ..!
